Luis went out of his way to be helpful to us. He was extremely welcoming and friendly. When we needed an electric kettle, he arranged it to appear in our room really quickly! He also gave us a really lovely room for which we were very grateful. It was a super stay, thank you.

He was pretty rude to us but he was the only one and we never saw him again after that which was a plus. Breakfast buffet had a great selection everyday. We ate dinner at Terra one evening and it was excellent as well, the duck rice dish was amazing. The rooms are beautiful and spacious with wonderful views. The rooftop bar is a must visit as well. We never did get to check out the spa but will on our next visit. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"
